A few things to know.

Have an Excel file? You’re ready to start.

How do I create PDF certificates from Excel?

Choose a certificate template, then import an XLSX, XLS or CSV file. Use the first sheet, with column names in the first row and one recipient per row. Log in, review the connected fields and download separate PDFs or one combined PDF.

Can I customize the certificate templates?

Yes. All six designs are editable. Change the text, colors and fonts, add your logo or signature, and adjust the positions of the linked fields in the editor. You can also import your own PDF template.

What columns should my spreadsheet include?

Use Recipient Name, Program, Award Title, Completion Date, Signer and Organization. Matching English or Spanish column names connect automatically. You can link other columns manually in the editor. Download the sample CSV to get started.

Can I reuse a design for the next course or event?

Yes. Save your template and import a new spreadsheet with the same column names for your next batch. Your design and field positions stay in place, so you can review the new recipients and export again.
